Mohammad Al Daher

Founder of The Donsy Method. His personal journey is the heart of the brand’s approach to resilience, movement and care.

Born in Syria, his story later took him through Stockholm and the United Kingdom before living in Colombia. His family journey and coaching philosophy will be documented here once he has approved the final biography.
